FM19 Table System Overview

Fireball Table System is a top-of-the-line table and fixture combination that stands out from the competition in several ways.

Tables

  • Two Class of Tables with One Fixture System.
  • Heavy Duty Tables with 25mm thick tops and sides, with 200mm tall side walls.
  • Standard Duty Tables with 12mm thick tops and sides, with 100mm tall side walls.
  • Both systems use same fixtures which are 100% compatible with each other.
  • Construction: It is constructed using single-piece (mono block) machined castings that offer excellent flatness and rigidity without the distortion caused by welding or heat treating.
  • Material: It is made of Gray Cast Iron which offers excellent dimensional stability, natural weld spatter resistance, and does not form burrs when scratched.

Fixtures

  • Accurate & Fast: Patent-Pending Fixtures that make fixturing simpler, more accurate, and faster than any other system available.
  • Strong & Flexible: No other system on the market combines both the strength of 2×1 steel profiles with the versatility of 25mm hole centers.
  • Best Performance, Best Value: Our fixtures can complete more setups with fewer components, which means lower total cost and less fiddling with every setup.

What Makes Fireball Tables The Best

The Fireball Table System is the only one that has Heavy Duty (25mm thick) and Standard Duty (12mm thick) tables which use the exact same fixture system.

If you decide to upgrade or expand from one table to another, the fixtures are 100% compatible with both heavy duty and standard duty tables.

Fireball Tables combine the strength of a 25mm thick top and sides panels used for heavy duty tables with the more finely spaced 50mm grid pattern you usually find on light to medium duty tables. Gray cast iron material naturally resists weld spatter, does not form burrs on the surface and resists deformation. Once it is machined flat, it stays flat.

Fireball 19mm vs other 16mm tables

Compared to light and medium duty tables with 16mm holes, the Fireball table has the same hole spacing, but heavier duty 25mm thick fixtures and heavier duty 25mm thick tables.

Fireball 19mm vs 28mm tables

The Fireball table has 2x the number of holes versus 28mm tables. The 100mm spacing on 28mm tables means a lot of compromises are made when using their fixture systems like holding parts with a single bolt, which makes them easy to knock loose or rotate.

At the same time, Fireball fixtures have the same material thickness as 28mm fixtures, but have more holes and adjustability.

Fireball 19 mm System

  • 50 mm Grid
  • 19 mm Hole
  • Compared to 28 mm, double the number of holes on table top
  • Compared to 16 mm 45% Larger Cross Section double the material thickness
